MADE ESPECIALLY FOR YOU

Most Break 2 merchandise—including apparel, hats, drinkware, bags, footwear, accessories, and wall art—is printed, embroidered, or otherwise produced only after your order is placed.

Our production partner, Printful, creates and ships these products on demand. This approach allows Break 2 to offer a wider selection while reducing unnecessary inventory and product waste.

PRODUCTION TIME

Because each item must be produced before it can ship, printed-to-order merchandise is not available for immediate shipment. Production generally takes 2–5 business days, although certain specialty products and high-volume periods may require additional time.

Production time is separate from shipping time. The estimated delivery date shown during checkout includes both production and shipping estimates.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted. Once fulfillment begins, the product, size, color, design, and quantity cannot be changed, and the item cannot be canceled.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact Break 2 immediately. We will try to help if production has not started, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because printed-to-order products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, an incorrectly selected color, or a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact Break 2 within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when the claim is approved.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Colors and product details may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, production methods, materials, and normal manufacturing variations. Minor differences that do not represent a defect are not considered production errors.

PHYSICAL MUSIC RELEASES

CDs, vinyl records, and other physical music releases are not printed to order by Printful. They are maintained and shipped separately by Break 2 and are covered by our physical-media shipping and return terms.
