How long things take

PRINTFUL MERCHANDISE

Most Break 2 merchandise is made especially for you after your order is placed. Production generally takes 2–5 business days. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes an additional 3–8 business days after production is complete.

Most customers should receive their merchandise within approximately 7–13 business days of placing an order. Specialty products, large orders, holidays, and periods of high demand may require additional production time.

PHYSICAL MUSIC RELEASES

CDs, vinyl records, and other physical music releases are packaged and shipped directly by Break 2. These orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days after the order is placed.

MIXED ORDERS

Merchandise and physical music releases are fulfilled separately. If your order contains both, the items will arrive in separate packages and may be delivered on different days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders take longer and delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. Any delivery estimate provided at checkout is an estimate and does not include unexpected customs or carrier delays.

BUSINESS DAYS AND ESTIMATES

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. All production and delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking information will be sent when available so you can follow each shipment.
